“insurance premiums are very high, deductibles are also quite high, and coverage is minimal for the premiums charged”
Paid time off seems great. Insurance good. Benefit wise I think it's not lacking at all.
PTO sick time and vacation time all in the same bank so you really have to plan if you are going to take time off, or if you’re going to get sick (which is difficult to plan for for obvious reasons)
expensive insurance, poor coverage, generous PTO
Everything was pre-tax, though healthcare deduction was a bit expensive.
Company offers many benefits that others in our same field are no longer able to offer which is excellent. PTO is generous even after Holidays are taken out: 3 weeks personal time 1st year, 4 weeks for years 2-5, and 5 weeks after 5 years (these amounts are all AFTER holidays, which there are 10). Many of the benefits are offered only to Full Time employees. It would be nice if we could offer some of them to Part Time employees as well.
Not enough time off, holidays (such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th etc) come out earned of sick time
THE REIMBURSEMENT FOR MILEAGE TOOK THEM 90 DAYS TO PAY OUT WITH CONSTANT REMINDERS TO ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK, REGIONAL DIRECTOR AND PROGRAM MANAGER (WEEKLY), AFTER I NOTICED I DID NOT GET REIMBURSED IN A MONTH.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
