Entire "health benefit" is very disappointing.
Low co-pay for primary care but large annual deductible for everything else
The insurance was very good and it was relatively inexpensive
in 2016 my cost for family insurance went down by almost 15%. I was also able to add a spouse who's company offered health insurance, but a higher price
You have thirty days to mail back your benefits package they will send to the store. After that you're officially enrolled.
BCBS, good insurance, decent co pays, vision discount.
$500 deductible and only weekly premiums of ~$23 for a single person as of 2016.
I used Speedway health insurance and I did not have any issues with it. I had it for myself and my 4 children.
They offer multiple plans, either an FSA or HSA. Average premiums, option of a lower deductible. Not a very good prescription option.
