401k, 7 days of vacation, flexible hours.
It's good that you offer 401k
No complaints about the benefits I recieve so far I am pleased!!
Honestly the benefits package is really good. They did a revamp three years ago and it has changed the dependability on the benefits for the better.
The benefits package is OK. They matched your contibutions at 6%. The health insurance is decent and you can planned your vacations regularly.
401K Match 117%, Cash pension automatically contributes 4% no cost to employee after 1000 hours. Tuition reimbursement Associate Assistance program
Great 401K and they match up to 6%, discounted car insurance, vacation time after a year of full time, and double pay on worked holidays.
The health insurance provided by the company was excellent for the position that I filled while working there. The paid time off was also more than expected for the position I held.
Benefits are a joke. High co-pays and deductibles are what you get unless you're a manager. Vacation time only given after you've been there for at least a year, as a full-time employee. You can work multiple years part-time and become full-time, but still have to wait a year to get any paid time off.
