Employees get an everyday discount of 30% off basically everything in store and online. Extra discounts for birthdays (35%) , 40% off for "Streetwise" (weekend of the first pay period each month- used to be specific merchandise but lately they included all merch). Nice options for medical with a premium that doesn't eat up your paycheck, even as a tobacco user. You get two options for dental (Delta- basic and high) and VSP vision. You get sick pay and paid vacation, amounts depend on years of service. Holiday pay is nice as well. No complaints from my end, speaking from my experience taking maternity leave as well.
Pretty never get to move up.
-30% company discount on top of sales -401(k)- but it is not matched -Health Insurance -Dental/Vision Plans -Employee Assistance for mental health -Monthly bonuses -Two monthly district contests for cash or prizes -Inventory bonuses -Top 30 store bonuses awarded monthly -December sales bonus
All employees accrue paid sick time due to a state law where I live, but only management (Sales Supervisors and up) receive paid vacation time after a certain amount of time with the company. The paid vacation time is extended depending on seniority, which is the best part about the benefits package. All management associates who work 30+ hours within a certain period of time are offered benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance but most employees reject this offer because the benefits are very poor and often cover very little. I haven’t personally received or checked out the benefits but every management associate I’ve spoken with has agreed. More benefits are extended to higher level management outside of the store level, but this is unknown information to store associates such as myself. All employees receive a 30% discount on all merchandise on top of sale prices, a very good discount in my opinion.
Excellent Health benefits with multiple options to support your family needs. Excellent vacation benefits that improve rapidly with tenure. Ex: Unlimited annual vacation upon achieving a certain level of tenure.
Vacation. Paid time off.
Adult product is not “novelty”, but they try to pass it off as such. Working 44 hours for your salary results in working doubles every week.
Did not match 401k. Health benefits were good. 30 percent discount on store merchandise and sample sales.
You get a 30% off discount on everything. Will work you just under full time, if you do work enough to get benefits expect to get fired before you get them.
Insurance was super high for full time employees.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
