“It's a great discount but everything is really expensive so it doesn't take much off the total”
“Not enough sick time for if you needed surgery or something more than a cold. ”
Overall the benefit package was great and comprehensive
You will never be full time or work more than 12 hours a week, so most employees aside from managers do not get the more important benefits.
The discounts are the best thing if you are a part time employee.
Told we will have to utilize our own sick and vacation time if / when we close temporarily due to COVID-19. Every other retail company I know of is paying their employees and are closed.
It's a really good benefit package and I really have no issues with the plans.
You don't make enough money to be able to afford the benefits.
It's garbage and essentially nothing, unless you're a DSM where you get unlimited vacation time and it shows.
Health Insurance is very good with the part that you are able to go to any doctors office. ONly downside to it is for the minimum coverage it is somewhat expensive to pay for with the high copay you have to pay at your doctors.
Employees get an everyday discount of 30% off basically everything in store and online. Extra discounts for birthdays (35%) , 40% off for "Streetwise" (weekend of the first pay period each month- used to be specific merchandise but lately they included all merch). Nice options for medical with a premium that doesn't eat up your paycheck, even as a tobacco user. You get two options for dental (Delta- basic and high) and VSP vision. You get sick pay and paid vacation, amounts depend on years of service. Holiday pay is nice as well. No complaints from my end, speaking from my experience taking maternity leave as well.
Pretty never get to move up.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
