The company has an excellent health care plan, with plenty of options that the employee can decide on, ranging from exclusively in-network doctors to out-of-network coverage for a higher fee. They pay 100% for the employee and 50% for their spouse. 3-4 weeks vacation and flexible hours.
Benefits have gotten better over the years, health and dental have improved and they try to keep costs down for employees
Everything is awesome should go for it
Solid health, dental, vision benefits. Good paid vacation time and flexible time off policy. No 401k contribution matching. Lots of free food, snacks, drinks, etc.
Spiceworks tries hard for company culture. We have a ton of free drinks and snacks (including beer and wine on Fridays), a very fair, liberal vacation policy, and you can work from home when you need to get things done.
Good healthcare coverage, 2 months of maternity leave, free breakfast tacos every Monday, free bagels every Friday, and free snacks 24/7!
Medical and dental are paid in full by Spiceworks for each employee. As for dependents, Spiceworks covers 50% of the monthly premium.
Great benefits, including dental (and vision for a small extra monthly fee). Does not currently have a 401K matching plan. Great maternity as well as paternity leave!
They have a flexible work/life balance and don't track vacation days unless they think someone is abusing the policy. Depending on the position there may also be equity offered . Healthcare and dental is also among the norm
The company is always looking for alternatives to help keep the cost down. I know lots of people complain there is no matching 401k. i would prefer you give me the money and let me invest where I want to invest.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
