If I remember it was 20% and there was 1 day where you got an extra discount.
at the end of the season the store is 50% off plus the additional 30% off employee discount off the store.

Overall Spirit is a great place to work, very good pay, very easy job that will give you experience in the retail sector however downside is that it is seasonal
