May be called in to work last minute shifts. They do their best to work around your schedule if there’s enough employees on the team
If you're below assistant manager don't expect much at all for hours, which is good if you're young and want some seasonal cash. Anything at or above AM expect 30+ hours a week, but they don't mind working around your schedule if you have things you need to do.
They were flexible with my part time schedule, but they were also understaffed and had a high employee turnover rate.
They are fl edible, but they expect you to be as well and get upset if you can't come in on a day off
Having a somewhat flexible schedule is nice, however there are too few hours some weeks. They open the stores too early in the season.
If you got hired in August you can usually get full-time hours if you are a hard worker.
They were flexible with me since I was in high school while I worked there.
They understand that you have a life outside of work and can be flexible but when it's super close to Halloween be prepared to get a ton of hours because that's when we get busiest. (Obviously lol)
They can accommodate hours as needed
Work with you on the hours your available to work
