Health plan is pretty basic.
Overall very comprehensive benefits, especially healthcare & retirement-related (ESPP, 401k contributions). Vacation/Sick days are sufficient, especially given a number of additional company holidays/shutdowns around major national holidays.
Overall benefits with 2 paid shutdowns (July and Dec) really good
Best Things: Employee Stock Purchase Plan, RSUs, annual bonus, stocked kitchens and, free lunches and breakfasts were some of the benefits which I liked most at Splunk. Worst Thing: No 401K matching.
