16 paid company holidays, 15 paid vacation days, and 10 days of sick time: Work/life balance is important to us. We all need time away from work to recharge, travel, take care of ourselves, and spend time with family and friends.
Very flexibly on vacation and PTO
No unlimited vacation days as it has become popular elsewhere, but sufficient time off to recharge and take multi-week vacations. Excellent maternity/paternity benefits!
Ample time with Sick, PTO, Holidays and summer/winter breaks to renew
Employees earned up to 120 hours per the first year with carry-over to subsequent years. With carry-over hours, maximum possible hours off earned per year could go up to 180 total hours, taken in 8 hour day increments.
You get PTO time. In this day and age most companies are moving away form PTO to unlimited.
we have enough vacation and PTO
Splunk offers three weeks PTO. There is no way to get more than 3 weeks (you don't accrue more for working at Splunk longer). There is also a limit of 180 hours on PRO accrual. I think that limit is a bit too low and I have hit the limit several times.
4 weeks, I leveraged it for long term vacation to Europe and Asian etc.
The normal amount of PTO offered but it could be better.
Some managers are especially flexible about this.
