Most of the time, what you ask off you get!
Yeah they offer reducing flexible hours but they won't do it to help you don't cut your hours so you don't have to be paid
The hours are based on performance but they are very good at working with you on hours.
They will always work with you
I think you just ask or give notice and you will be scheduled around...
flexible schedule for a work life balance.
They are open every day so there are plenty of hours to work around your schedule. I have never had any problems getting off when I have asked. However you will be required to work through holidays.
Would work over 40 hours straight in a 7 day time period but not receive over time due to "new pay period week" starting. No breaks given. Required to work Saturdays and "rotate" Sundays.
Full time hours are 25 hours a week. No long grueling shifts.
As a manager I schedule my staff based on their availability. But many times we are short staffed so I end up working more hours than I would prefer. And I give my full time flexible girls as many hours as they want. At times we get burned out.
