It's not equal across the board for each role. For example, some roles like the Sales Reps and Regional Account Mangers get unlimited PTO, but Onboarding Specialists or full time BDRs only get 10 days of PTO total, that is a huge difference. The benefits package is ok, not horrible, but not great.
