    The benefits are really good. No cost to employee health insurance, parental leave paid 6 months, 4 weeks vacation (US) plus paid holidays.

    Parental leave is amazing, six months for birth or adoption. Health benefits are decent after we complained about previous provider.

    Spotify provides multiple benefits packages, including a 100% company paid health insurance option. Upgrades are available if desired. Paternity and maternity offerings are very generous, based on European influence.

    100% company paid option for medical/dental in US. Parental leave of 6 months for men and women. +1 month transition back to work with WFH and flextime. All new hires take a trip to Stockholm (corp headquarters) for Introduction Days (typical trip is 1 week). Managers get leadership training. Phones are 100% paid by the company. There's food and snacks available at all times. FSA & Dependent Care plans 401K match 20 Days vacation + 3 Days (as floater days) - total 23 days vacation from when you start. Unlimited sick time.

    Spotify offers a ridiculous amount of perks - from great maternity and paternity leave policy (over 6 months!) to great benefit offering and free food. Also the office environment is awesome - from ping pong and pool tables to rooftop terrace, employees actually like to hang out together in the office.

    The best thing is about the benefits is that basic medical is fully covered, you only need to pay if you want out-of-network coverage. Spotify also has a generous maternity and paternity leave program. Overall the benefits package is very good, but the 401K match is stingy compared to former employers.
