They have a very flexible PTO policy and a very competitive health insurance program.
Very comprehensive. Excellent benefits within our daily office environment
vacation time is great, flexible working hours, matching HSA contributions, near 100% health premium coverage
Catered lunch from Whole Food four days a week is awesome. Lots of flexibility as long as you get your stuff done.
Free lunch, flexible vacation policy, and a great location downtown Austin. The worst thing is that they don't offer a 401k matching plan.
Best The insurance makes it to where children 19 and under can go to appointments for free Free Lunch, Monday- Thursday Ability to Work From Home Unlimited PTO Free Flu Shots, Yearly Biometric Screenings and occasionally free massages Worst The insurance is expensive and doesn't cover much. There is no 401K match, even though it has been promised for years. Vacation is at manager's discretion, so some areas can take a ton and some have to fight for it Maternity Leave/ Paternity Leave/ Medical Leave based on seniority and don't cover same sex couples in some cases.
free lunch, parking garage, health, dental and vision, 401k. but premiums are high.
Many benefit options are offered
Pros: Health insurance is at a fair cost. Vacation and time off is an excellent perk. Great meals that keep us in the office and not having to go find lunch. Open environment. Cons: Parking fees went up.
It's basically a PPO that operates as an HMO plan. They deemed that "no one needed the additional out of network benefits so we did away with them" ... There are many many many people who could absolutely benefit from a true PPO plan so I didn't sign up for these and used my spouse's benefits instead. They also offer a terrible maternity leave plan and do not match 401K.
