It is what you think it is. Make sure you get an acknowledgement of your time off request in writing or you may get the short end of the stick- watch your time allowances like a hawk too; leave nothing in the fog.
There is no vacation for the first year and after that the days offered are very few and its not likely that you will get approval for any days you want or need.
80 hours of pro after one year of service with the company. Again pretty standard stuff
Use it or lose it and will NEVER accommodate vacation requests between may-january or any of more then 5 days personal days are nice but use is looked down upon
You get it after a 1000 hourz however the system will never show it.
Two weeks a year which is standard
This is the only good incentive overall
You do get it. All that matters is if your position will be covered when you need it.
3 sick days a year. Voluntary days off on holidays "you can work Christmas if you want" NO PAID HOLIDAYS
Based off tenure but I get 2 weeks paid and I believe 7 days PTO per year and I've worked there a year and a half and am a manager.
