At Sprinklr, we believe people never forget how you make them feel. That includes how they feel at work. As an employer, our mission is to build and nurture a diverse, positive workplace where everyone feels comfortable to be their authentic self so that they can do their best work.
We could not do what we do without the amazing work (and personalities) of our Sprinklrites. That's why we're continually looking to enhance the ways we support our Sprinklrites, with benefits and perks that allow them to do the best work of their lives. Whether its caring for loved ones, planning for the future, staying healthy or taking time off to recharge, we want to provide our people with everything they need.
We do not have global benefits and perks at Sprinklr. Our aim is to provide benefits that are appropriate and rewarding for each location, taking into account a range of factors, such as alignment with local markets, employee feedback, cost, and statutory requirements.
Benefits are pretty good and standard. I wish they had a 401k match though.
Lower than industry average compensation, no employer contribution to 401K
Cohesive benefit packages for growing company.
Average but no matching 401k
Minimum benefits and try to run lean.
Changed providers with the new year. The change was very poorly managed. Didn't get new insurance cards until March.
Pretty clear to understand the benefits
Excellent medical insurance and unlimited PTO
The vacation and health care coverage.
As of 2018, we have switched from Aetna to BCBS for Medical/Prescription coverage. The costs have stayed the same, but the quality of the insurance and the coverage (both provider and out of pocket expenses) is much higher than the last coverage. Free Snacks/Drinks are provided which is a nice benefit, as well as weekly Catered Lunches. The flexibility to Work From Home varies from person to person. It's never a Yes or No across the board for a department or set of employees. And it also varies depending on the person you talk to. You ask one person and they say yes you can, and then ask another and they say no you can't. They need more stability and alignment across Management.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
