Recent improvement in maternity and paternity leave are great. Not having a 401k match is not in line with competitors offerings.

Nothing particularly great or terrible about the benefits. No 401(k) matching. Health package is fine, could be better. PTO is unlimited which is nice, except obviously that you don't get paid out on vacation pay. No good gym discount.
