They still seem to have trouble getting deductions correct.
The unlimited PTO is a joke. 15 days is not unlimited and they will ask you to keep it at 15. This is not a benefit for workers this is a benefit for the company to not have to pay you out when you leave. Most companies in San Francisco are paying your full health insurance these days plus paying for your commuter card fully and providing lunch every day which Sprinklr does not do. This company is considered a unicorn, but the benefits are awful.
best is the flexibility of time and good salary worst thing i would say workload
Health Insurance - Reasonably prices but not a lot of options. For those in the west coast offices, the options provided have traditionally been very hard to use. This has improved slightly in the last year. 40k - No matching PTO - this is technically unlimited but the always on culture doesn't support taking advantage of it and the HR language make it understood that it's actually 3weeks. Company Perks - Office are stocked with snacks and drinks. Breakfast and lunch are served once a week. Travel Policy - An extremely strict. Work From Home - this is highly depended on your role. Establish clear guidelines with your hiring manager and HR before starting. Paternity Leave - 2 weeks.
Great all around benefits! Need more options around stock and 401k.
health insurance, 401k matched, free food
Work/life balance via gym membership discounts.
Wish we had matching on our 401K by now. Also, when can we expect some sort of education reimbursement. Unlimited vacation is not really unlimited. Make sure the work gets done before you go or when you return or while you are on vacation.
Benefits are not good if you have a family! 401K is not matching.. Unlimited vacation = no vacation for sales.
Different companies got different benefits so not fair
