Flexible PTO... we're happy to see our people take time to recharge
Unlimited Paid Time Off was a huge perk
Unlimited but no time for anyne to take holiday
The company has an unlimited vacation policy which is good in theory but is difficult to take in practice. Leaders are not mature enough to manage teams where there are not issues with extended leave situations.
Straight PTO, which is the trend among newer companies, problem is then if you leave you don't get paid out on the time you didn't take off. Essentially if you don't use it, you lose it.
Unlimitedonly works if your manager is ok with any vacation, but most are not.
As long as you are performing, you can generally get the time off
Sprinklr offers flexible PTO, meaning that you can take time off whenever you need it and it isn't tracked. Obviously, you still need to check with your manager and get your work done.
Unlimited PTO - just make sure you take advantage of it
Studies show if you have unlimited time off, you won't take advantage of it and will just not take the time off vs use it or lose it set up.
What's better than unlimited PTO? As long as it's approved by your manager.
