The plan was fairly priced, and I had to have a serious surgery while an employee, which the plan covered in its entirety.

Never has sprints insurance
They will not allow you to make changes after the cutoff date and they only give you 2 weeks to choose the plan or will automatically choose for you.
I've never had anything denied.
