Yes they are quite human
It's 6 weeks and 60% pay plus base commission which is terrible if you're a good sales person. Paternity just changed to 1 month I believe. It was 2 weeks.

You were provided with 6 weeks for normal birth and 8 weeks for c-section birth.
I never had to use maternity leave while at Sprint but I heard they had a decent program
I didn’t take advantage of this but my manager did and they were gone for about 4 months so they are pretty good
Not familiar with this as I haven't had to use it. But as long as you have been there for a year or more you can take maternity leave. However one employee just under a year lost her job when she had a baby because she hadn't been there long enough.
I had no need for it, but excellent benefit, many people took full advantage of.

Not long enough. This is average in the United States for professionals in retail industry due to the high demand of customers and market changes.
