The benefits are decent, but the medical could be better has a pricy deductable. Decent company match on the 401k 3% Probably the best benefit was the free cel phone service.

You don't pay for phone service, I have never paid a copayment for anything with our insurance, they match your investment into 401k, friends and family get discounted service, discount on stock shares, corporate discounts, paid gas mileage while on the clock, lots of paid time off, and free stuff vendors like samsung.
Maternity leave was fair. I was allowed to use the vacation days and take extra time over the 6 weeks provided.
Sprint has good benefits, wireless service, 401K, health, dental and eye insurance.
