401k, pto, dental vision medical. you get a fair amount of PTO yearly. i feel like i have gotten about 150-200 per year. i also love the 401k matching it is about 3%

Insurance is around $100/mo and 6000 deductible with 80/20 copay on their best individual package. 401k is matched at 50% up to 8%. PTO is never in shortage after a few years. Benefits start immediately, at least when I started

Good PTO and accrued sick time, tiered benefit costs, more expensive for higher grade employees

    Great company to work for.

Insurance is the worst, freedom to schedule personal time is open.

Over the years the health benefit options are fewer. The introduction of Co-insurance and deductibles have increased expenses for PPO plans.

    401 k is very outstanding

  • Apr 02, 2020
StarStarStarStarStar Former Project Manager in Overland Park, Kansas

The health insurance had really well constructed plans and access to lots of providers. Vacation time was abundant (6 weeks/year).

Free phone service and discounted plans for friends and family is the best perk, healthcare plans are mediocre.
