Paid time off is available to Sprint employees. Rate of accrual varies based on employee status and length of service.
Vacation Time is very flexible and management is usually always willing to work with you as long as you provide advanced notice.

Yes they do provide everything properly
After 10 years I had 5 weeks Paid time off every year. I had 250 hours when I got laid off which was a nice bonus for my bottom line, got a check right away.
It's about 13 hours a month for full time. Plus 5 floating holidays.
The longer you've been with the company the better your PTO time is.
You build up a good amount of PTO but get frowned at when you use it.
You were able to use vacation before you actually acquired it. It was easy to sign up for and usually approved by management very quickly.
