Paid time off is available to Sprint employees. Rate of accrual varies based on employee status and length of service.
Never had to worry about using too much. The standard practice is up to 40 hours of PTO deficit if you need time off for family matters or emergency. They give you 40 hrs of hourly pay and $60 commission each day ($1200 commission floor / 20 shifts) for full time employees. Part time is 3/4
Paid time off is generous but actually getting to use is a pain. Max 7 days in a row and usually end up forfeiting a lot of PTO
Taking time off is frowned upon by management. You're also expected to hit monthly targets regardless of amount of time taken off for vacation.

awesome, paid time off depending on hours worked, but it cover comission plus hourly. commision cover depends on whether you are part or full time
