Good amount of Vacation, Paid time off and floating holidays. Very generous.
The longer you are there the more PTO you earn!! FT sick days for hourly are 40 hours. Salaried employees have no cap. Like all retail it is difficult to fit that time off into the schedule
Great PTO policy even for new employees
They were flexible with time off.
Start with 2 week paid time off, After two years you gain a 3rd week. Over the next 10 years you can gain up to 5 weeks paid time off.
PTO includes Vacation and Sick leave; adequate but limited and overly friendly to long-time employees
18 hours a month after 10 years, however no increase until 20
excellent vacation policy. Three weeks, plus an additional week after two years. However, only one week can roll over.
Three plus weeks by 31st day. No sick time outside of PTO. Must take PTO or unpaid if you're out regardless of reason.
There is not one person that I know uses this benefit more than 50%. Year over year the time off really isn't an option due to the workload and the denial from upper management. Even though the benefit is available to employees management makes it very tough to get approval to use it. So you end up losing it every year.
