    401k does not start, but is done by an outside company

    Sprouts does not pay enough to save any monies.You better have retirement saved from previous employment if you work at Sprouts.

    It is only a 3% contribution, which is something, yet most people dont make much to start so it is very difficult to get the full value out of the way a 401K was designed to be a benefit

    They match half of the first six. But no one thinks they can afford it so they opt out. They switched from financial mutual to fedility and never told the employees.
