Good benefits like insurance and 401k
The best benefits working at Sprouts Farmers Market is medical insurance and 401K. I didn't have any additional complaints with store policies or management supervision at my location.
Recently changed in the last few years. Was better.
Doesn’t give enough leave if you are sick or vacation time.
My insurance covers most of my previous doctors and also I receive free mental health help!
Nothing they offer good benefits

Decreased employer contributions for health plans, only 2 health plan options, both with high deductibles. Benefits generally only for the few full time positions in the store
