The management almost always gives time off. When you are not working a day or two, they might call you in if they are busy. If you can't make it in they are OK, and look for someone else.

Time isn’t yearly and based on how many hours you work

Company just cut sick pay for 2018. All sick pay totals reset to zero as of Jan 1, 2018. This is the time of year the sick pay is needed most. Vacation pay accrues at a slow rate.

Vacation is accrued for each week you work not based on anniversary date

You get 5 days off after a full year after your first 90 days. It accrues the second Ayer your 90 days I think is 2 weeks after 5 years

Starts the 1st day of the month after 30 days of employment when you are on Category 1

Better than a lot of the industry, but can be difficult to take with black outs.

Paid time off is slow to accumulate and our HR forgets to apply your vacation hours so you might go weeks before you see that money applied to your check.

Like sick days plan, pays out on separation, etc
