We support our employees’ families, by providing new parents with up to 18 weeks of fully paid leave following the birth, adoption, or custody of a child, along with flexible scheduling arrangements to ease the transition back to work.
It's one of the best situations you'll hear about in the US. That being said, only 4/5 stars because it's still behind international standards.
I believe it's 24 months full pay for primary caregiver (not required to be mother), and 6 weeks full pay for secondary caregiver.
Primary Caregivers are granted 18 weeks of PAID leave and are encouraged to work with their manager on a flexible working arrangement upon returning to work after leave. Non-Primary Caregivers (aka the dad, in most cases) are entitled to 6 weeks of paid leave.
4.5 months for Primary Care.
