Medical/Vision/Dental benefits are based on PT/FT status. Low deductibles, as long as you use the doctors and services offered by St Clair Hospital. Vision benefits are great. Dental benefits are max $1000/yr. 403b, hospital matches 2% with a minimum of 4% deduction. Cash savings plan as well. Vacation and sick time are also earned by FT/PT status regardless of hours worked. Able to purchase up to 40 hours of select time, if not used, they give it back with deductions at the end of the year. You can also choose to sell back vacation days at the end of the year.

good 401K, slim pickings for health insurance. staff physicians must be used for anyone employed and on hospitals insurance otherwise going to another hospital is considered not preferred in network and they only pay 60-70% instead of 90%. Need to expand access and options.
