It is not amazing or anything but it is average to good compared to other companies I have worked for. There are different tiers based on how much you want to contribute. You can save by going to HCA facilities.

It's average overall if you stay within the St Davids Provider network and chose the mid-tier plan.
High deductible and expensive unless you agreed to have blood work done
Cost wasn't great, but they did offer an onsite healthcare option for free to family
They seemed to have standard benefits along with free basic doctor checkups.
The health ins is good. I wish it was less out of pocket. One would think a health organization could keep cost down to employees.
