Benefits were great, salary sandy was not competitive
There is nothing special here compared to other employers. You will get the same or fewer benefits and they will cost you the same or more. On average, the same as other places.
Benefit is fine overall. Pay rate is low and not affordable to put retirement.
Good health/dental benefits but expensive. No “paid” holidays as it all comes out of your one PTO bucket.
Price for all the different insurances.
High Copays for non HCA facilities and / or physicians.
Great PTO accrual. Excellent education reimbursement. Ok health insurance and 401k match.
The health insurance was pretty good. reasonable priced. PTO was very good as well. Nice 401K plan
Very average the 401K is ok but extremely limited and HCA the parent company changed how they did the 401k match to where they do match paycheck to paycheck. They match once a year and if you quit or get terminated even if it's at the tail end of the year you forfeit the match. The Short-term disability only pays 60% of your base and you can do a "Buy up" but all the buy-ups and life insurance coverage go through a 3rd party carrier that will swiftly deny you for expanded coverage "Short term and Long Term Disability and Life insurance" for any health reason possible. Your health benefits coverage is decent if you stay within the St Davids network and chose the middle tier plan. They do not offer any form of HSA for HDHCP Plans which would be nice if they did.
Maternity leave uses up PTO, then pays 60% base pay for 6 weeks.
