Part-time employees have few benefits- no health insurance, free tutoring for kids, vacation time. However, they do get paid holidays like the week after Christmas and some sick time.
The benefits package is great. It's laid out on the school's website so you can google it and see yourself. They have tiered premiums so if you make less than $30,000 (FT) like I do, you also pay less for your health insurance (makes sense). And even though it is a catholic college, they also provide domestic (same and opposite sex) partner coverage. If you waive coverage, they give you$1700 for it. They also contribute 8%(!) to your 403b plan. You and your children can also attend the school with tuition waived. Parking is free.
As stated in my full review, it was a part-time job, so the benefits are purely the money that the employee earns during their time in the position.
It is part time position so no benefits other than hourly wage.
Entry level job so no benefits.
Talented and dedicated colleagues.
