Most positions are 1199 union and the benefits are awesome.
The best benefits i ever had. No co-pays and no out of pocket expenses. They even reimburse you for child care and school.

Good package, union and tuition reimbursement after 6 months was a plus. Paid time off accumulated throughout year.
Although it has changed for new employees I am happy that I do get a pension
part timers are not taken care of like the full timers. Benefits are skewed.

Worst thing is, when your newly hired your treated like a dunce. Your talked down to or talked to very loudly so others can hear, And lastly...there is gossip and ostrasicing.
