Paid Time Off and 401 k is incremental, the longer you stay with the employer the more Paid Time Off and increased contribution to your 401k by employer. Medical and Prescription plan is not bad. Dental and Vision plans have limited benefits.
Best thing was the physical activity incentive. You receive discounts for fitness trackers and accessories. Cash bonus for completing goals like 10,000 steps.
The benefits are expensive for being a hospital.
Crear pay and benefits. Self scheduling.
Grear benefit offering 491k paid time off sick leave diversity events management training
Adequate Insurance, good 401k, progressive matching program based on years of employment
Overall, I’ve been satisfied with the benefits package at St. Joseph Health, Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. Seems like as nurses though, even time we renew a contract with the hospital, they are eager to cut some of our benefits. The most recent was a cut in earned PTO/vacation time. Our PTO bank is a joint composition of sick time and vacation hours. So if you get sick during the year, that majorly cuts into any vacation time you have saved up. So it forces a lot of people to come to work while I’ll because they don’t want to use their PTO hours.
good health insurance and flexible hours
The worst thing is the copay
pto is great you usually get the time off you request and it is not hard to trade shifts with other nurses
