Adequate Insurance, good 401k, progressive matching program based on years of employment
Overall, I’ve been satisfied with the benefits package at St. Joseph Health, Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. Seems like as nurses though, even time we renew a contract with the hospital, they are eager to cut some of our benefits. The most recent was a cut in earned PTO/vacation time. Our PTO bank is a joint composition of sick time and vacation hours. So if you get sick during the year, that majorly cuts into any vacation time you have saved up. So it forces a lot of people to come to work while I’ll because they don’t want to use their PTO hours.
good health insurance and flexible hours
The worst thing is the copay
pto is great you usually get the time off you request and it is not hard to trade shifts with other nurses
St. Mary MEdical center has too much politics.
A very good benefit package, includes mail order prescription plan.
Benefits are okay after a couple of years of having worked there premiums went up a few
They might be switching to HRA or HSA accounts in the future. Life/balance and employee wellness is great.
They do not offer PPO plan and the POS plan (out of network) is expensive. Dental PPO and Vision is affordable.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
