The insurance coverage is great with reasonable rates. Full coverage offered. The retirement plan could be better. They offer a 403b plan.
we have an inner circle of doctors that we can choose from that are apart of the hospital, and if we go there we save money. we also don't pay co pays at the emergency department
The worst thing about the benefit package is that SJHMC does not match employees contribution.
The Retirement Phase was altered and some portion of it was done away with, which caused some of the employees to retire before they wanted to.
Great health insurance coverage but must stick to the providers in the plan to get the greatest benefit.
They offer two different medical providers with no different in coverage. The cost sharing is the same on both plans
