Great Benefits at reasonable rates. A lot of add-ons like life insurance, accident, disability, etc at reasonable rates. Good 401k package as well with matching contributions.
You can't use any PTO time in the first year. This is difficult for a people with children. They off re medical insurance to part time employees too. But, at a hire rate. Benefits aren't anything worth raving about. But, it isn't the worst.
As of January 2017, Trinity Health joined and we had to change all of our benefits to what they offer. It has gone downhill. Paying out of pocket a lot more for medical visits. Working for a hospital you would think medical coverage would be much better for the employees!
