The best thing about the benefit package is it starts right away and we get pretty go option on your plan but on the other hand the worst thing about the benefits are we have to pay a percentage .

Great benefits that continue get better year by year. Work from home is not common at all, but the workplace is located in a city where commuting is not a big problem.
The benefits here are fantastic. We have continually accruing vacation and sick time, rather than having to wait for the fiscal year to roll over, to get a new chunk of time off. We have 90% coverage for in-network physicians and medical procedures (which is most places/people/stuff). We also have prescription coverage, dental, and vision. Oh, and I almost forgot! The 401k (403b?) plan is fantastic - St. Jude provides 7% of salary regardless of whether or not you contribute.
