Health insurance has a BCBS PPO option that is good, pretty high deductible in network. 403b fairly standard. Faculty 457F very good.
2 Awesome things: They put in what would be your "match" even if you do not contribute. The health care benefits. I do wish you could save up and buy a sabbatical over time with payroll deduction, and I wish there was transitional care options to get to Medicare.
Best thing in the benefit package from St. Jude is the paid maternity and paternity leave! Also, St Jude provides retirement plan and they contribute to our plan!
