The benefits are great. The vacation perk of 5 weeks plus the 7% retirement contribution without any matching are my favorite perks. We also get many others that are great: remote work, Judestock concerts, farmers markets, ample sick leave, onsite fitness center, onsite pharmacy and doctor, etc.
Salary is not competitive and therefore retirement contributions.
