great benefits, very friendly quick and inexpensive
Mid-management and non-exempt employees are required to use accrued PTO hours for all observed major holidays. The PTO accruals per pay period may seem generous at first glance, but when you realize you have to use them for major office closure days like July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas, actual usable PTO hours does not amount to that much. This policy is not disclosed clearly during the recruitment process unless you specifically press your recruiter with this question.

I do not currently have benefits from St. jude, however I do know the PTO hours are high, but only because they make you use them to cover holidays that are closed.
No benefits package, just a week vacation after a year, 2 weeks after 2 years, major holidays off
