“Pay was good for the position”
“As a salaried employee I accrue approximately one day of PTO time every 2 weeks for a total of ~26 days per year. Unfortunately, you have to use PTO for the 7 recognized holidays but that still leaves almost 4 full weeks of PTO to use for other things.”
“Free and open access to a financial advisor”
Wonderful company to work for with great benefits. Truly felt appreciated.
Great PILB benefit but very expensive actual benefits lacking much coverage.
Package was great for a single person
standard benefits package. I do not receive because I am part time
I’m going to be vague here so forgive me, but need some opinions. I got a Masters in a specialty and have worked in this specialty for 1 year. I was approached on LinkedIn by a recruiter for a position doing the job I was doing prior to my current specialty. This new opportunity has the potential to be a great stepping stone in my career with a better title and way more money but I feel like I’m taking a step backwards by not using my Masters. Would you stay on the path that you went to school..
Really helpful program for new LPN graduates for clinic nursing.
Good benefits package, no real complaints.
PTO accrues at about 4 weeks per year for new employees, closer to 6 weeks if you're night shift. Medical/dental benefits average..not bad or great. Premium is cheap for employee only but seems to cost more than many companies once you start atdding a spouse/dependent. 50% 401k match up to 3% of annual salary. Education benefits vary based on FTE status. For full-time employees its $3000 per year tuition reimbursement for qualified courses/programs. Tuition benefits were easy to redeem during my time there.
Overall, St. Luke's has a great benefits package. There are several options to choose from for Medical, Dental, and Vision so you can tailor the coverage to meet your needs and finances.
Great company that takes care of its employees, everyone is happy here and great attitudes with great patient care. Worst thing is they do not want anyone getting overtime.
The accrual for PTO is pretty decent after being here a few years. I can't manage to spend it fast enough.
