Pension plan, 403 B, minimal health benefits deductibles.
Same copay as non employees ($15-$25) seeing St. Luke's Physicians.
Very expensive to insure dependents
Vacation and sick time are separate and not PTO. Sick time frowned upon when employees need to use the benefit. Must also use St. Luke's networks for healthcare needs.
It was a very excellent benefits package covered health insurance 401 k time paid off dental vacation it also offer paid time off eye glasses
Everything was good about the benefits package. It was inexpensive, they were offering 403B plans in which they do match a certain percentage in which I don't remember.
Competitive package offered, but not among the top benefits when compared to other hospitals.
The benefits package is below industry standards.
Part timers don't get perks or benefits . Would be nice!! But we get nothing, just a photo I'd tag. I got a feed shirt once.
Ok it doesn't match but up to 6 percent of what u put in each year unless they have changed companies that they use to manage 401k
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
