We get very decent time off, great health insurance, and convenience time. I'm impressed! I can't think of any negatives at this time.
The best part is you can carry over all PTO. If you leave only 200 hours are paid out.

Worst thing about the benefit package is the high co pay and emergency room co pay. Medical mutual insurance is awful.
