Not many choices for the health insurance and you get better rates if you use their physcians

decent insurance, they pay everything if you use in house Dr and hospitals, like everyone else if you don't.

the best thing is the health insurance and the paid time off. You don't have to pay for parking like other organizations and they match 401k.

The discount we receive at the employee pharmacy is a huge help. We also get a pre loaded medical expense card for $1000 to offset out of pocket charges (this is free with most insurance packages).

St. Vincent's offers a comprehensive benefit plan.

The insurance benefits were very good and if you used a St. Vincent doctor, you didn't have to pay a copay. The worst thing about vacation benefits is that you never knew when you could take your leave because of it being a 24/7 operation, there always had to be someone to cover the e.r.
