The cost was very low
PTO starts at two weeks annually, and 401k company match is 50%.
The do offer a health insurance option, but they do not contribute to the cost of it so it is outrageously expensive.
Best: Availability for contractors before Affordable Health Care Act. Worst: Out of pocket cost.
They offer the minimum that they have to. If you elect the other option, it pays very little toward doctor and hospital visits.
There is nothing negative to say except that when you leave you are told that medical is good for thirty days - it is not.
