The company has a very competitive benefit package. Their tuition reimbursement is great also
Stamford Hospital contribution to the employee medical benefits package has decreased significantly over the past three years, increasing the cost for the individual employee. Deductible is still low compared to other institutions, however, which is a key factor as well.
The pension is no longer substantial enough to retain talent. While there are many other "perks", salary increases have been limited to cost-of-living. There have been market adjustments for registered nurses deemed not in the competitive range. This is critical to retain talent.
The benefits offered were about average.
Part time is 275.00 a week. No deductible.
