    As of April 1st 2017, fully paid maternity leave is now a minimum of 20 calendar weeks (10 weeks paid through Insurance (Short Term Disability) and 10 weeks paid by the bank). Fully paid paternity leave for spouses or partners up to 10 calendar weeks (paid by the bank) Adoption leave also increases to a minimum of 2 calendar weeks.
