Vacation paid 20 calendar days. 6 sick days. That is above many US banks 10 days offered, which is great!!! Commuter reimbursement available which is very nice. There is work from home for some departments not all. Matching 401 . Maternity and paternity leave is around 5 -6 months amazingly nice do not know any U.S. bank that has that. Tuition assistance is available for employees but it must be within your work purpose. Example you must study finance not art to get reimbursed. You can get discounted legal services ,gym memberships and childcare. We get amazing holiday parties free for employee just have to pay for your plus 1. Also every other year we get Summer picnics. We also get small social events like happy hours, yoga classes, and marathons. Standard Chartered bank is a great example to all US banks , hope they learn and follow by example and stop being greedy with 10 days vacation.
