Great PTO (7 weeks but that includes holidays), medical out-of-pocket is very reasonable although plan is getting more restrictive.
They offer 3 types of health care plans, including Kaiser, at a reasonable rate. I cover my family and children for about $400/month with Kaiser. The PTO is good, after 3 years I accrue 11 hour per pay period. They also offer 80 hours backup childcare through Bright Horizons that I've used many times. My salary is also very generous.
