    They use PTO bucket. 35 days/year inclusive of 10 holidays, sick leave, vacation leave. It works for some, doesn't work for me.

    start with 26 and move to 31 in a year however 8 holidays are included in that time and nurses only allowed to take 2 weeks per years starting out.

    You earn based on time worked with the otganization. Feels like you earn it quickly. Also get extended sick leave and federal sick days. PTO for dick, holiday and vacation all in one pot otherwise,
