UC Davis has pension plan. Employer matching contribution is the best.
I don't know all the ends-and-outs of the 401K plan, but my accountant indicates that Stanford has one of the best plans.
Decent but no Roth or profit sharing opportunities. No defined retirement.
They do not match as much as other companies and they use Vanguard for their 401K plan.
