Stanley offers a very good match for your 401.
401k 7% match (50%), ok health insurance
Employee discounts are great. Health insurance is expensive and coverage isn't fantastic for the price. PTO offered is great but you'll never have a chance to take it with the workload.
Best part of their insurance plan through Cigna was the My Cigna app. It helps you navigate through your policy and help find qualified doctors in their network.

They do match a portion of your 401K and if you get an HSA medical insurance package they will also provide some money to you each year to help pay for your medical expenses. Work from home is dependent upon your own manager, but most are understanding (ex. if you have a couch being delivered they won't mind if you work from home). they also provide employee discounts for all their brands. From a negative SBD should offer more vacation that you don't have to accrue or earn.
