Only 2 weeks vacation and 2 "personal days" a year until 5 years, and then 3 weeks from 5-15 years. Although the time is not generous, most managers don't track it too closely and don't count sick days, and are mostly flexible if you need to work from home occasionally. But, it really is to the discretion of your manager.
